Because your purchase and payment are made directly with the retailer, all matters relating to refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and order disputes are governed entirely by that retailer's own policies and customer service channels — not by Stayvora Shop. We have no ability to authorize, process, or influence a refund on a retailer's behalf.

Our Own Services

Stayvora Shop's own services — account registration, wishlists, price alerts, and the newsletter — are free and do not involve any payment to us, so no refund process applies to them. If you'd like to close your account or unsubscribe, you may do so from your account settings or by contacting us.
